Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care is hiring a Medical Assistant in Jupiter, FL to be the first contact for patient care. The role blends administrative tasks with clinical duties, including documenting symptoms in EMR, taking vital signs, administering injections and performing diagnostic tests.

You’ll report to the Center Administrator and support examination rooms, collect specimens, draw blood, sterilize equipment, and help with other tasks.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider.
• Phlebotomy experience
• Medication/vaccine administration experience
• CPR Certified
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's TB screening program.

• This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB

Preferred

• Certified or Registered – (Arizona, Indiana, and South Carolina candidates require Medical Assistant Certification or Registration)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Value Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$43,000 - $56,200 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
