Job summary

Cornerstone Pediatrics is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team in Georgia. You will interact with patients and families to help provide quality care and serve as a friendly face to enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, preparing patients, performing procedures such as immunizations and specimens, and coordinating follow-up care. A high level of teamwork and communication is expected in our fast-paced pediatric practice.

Qualifications

• Medical assisting program graduate required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-tasker with ability to manage multiple duties.
• Previous pediatric clinical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by obtaining vitals, history, and prepping for appointments.
• Perform immunizations/injections, capillary/venipuncture, screenings, urinalysis, and related tests.
• Phone triage and patient care coordination.

Cornerstone Pediatrics is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team! This new team member will interact directly with our patients and their families to help provide quality patient care. They will serve as a smiling face to help make our patient's experience most enjoyable!

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-care services- Greet & interact with patients by obtaining vitals, acquiring pertinent history and prepping patients for their appointments.
• Perform supportive procedures - Perform procedures such as immunizations/injections, capillary/venipuncture sample collection, hearing & vision screenings, urinalysis, strep/flu/covid testing, etc.
• Other duties: - Phone triage & patient care coordination
