United Services Inc. seeks a full-time Medical Assistant to join the Primary Care program within the Comprehensive Services Division. The role supports integrated behavioral and medical care with a person-centered approach and clinical support for providers, clients, and families.

Responsibilities include patient intake, vital signs, phlebotomy, care coordination, EMR documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve health and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and two years relevant experience in a medical setting or High school diploma with four years relevant experience in a medical setting.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) required.
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system required.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, providers, and staff.
• Assist primary care providers and clinical staff with patient care activities.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures and specimen collection.
• Support care coordination efforts to promote positive health outcomes.
• Accurately document clinical information within the EMR system.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulations.

United Services is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our Primary Care program within the Comprehensive Services Division. This role supports the delivery of integrated behavioral health and medical care, helping individuals achieve their health, wellness, and recovery goals through a person-centered approach.

The Medical Assistant will provide high-quality customer service and clinical support to primary care providers, clients, and their families. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about working with people living with behavioral health diagnoses and chronic health conditions while contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated, person-centered care.
• Support individuals in meeting their health, wellness, and recovery goals.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.50 (based on experience)

Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency: $19.96 – $22.59 (based on experience)

Job Location: Because our clients rely on face-to-face supports, this position requires employees to be fully present in the office.

• Associates Degree and two years relevant experience in a medical setting; or
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and four years relevant experience in a medical setting.
• Required: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
• Previous experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a medical/primary care setting
