Any Lab Test Now in Colorado Springs is hiring a part-time Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist to join our team. You will travel between our Colorado Springs stores and Castle Rock, performing phlebotomy, preparing patients for tests, and assisting with injections and rapid tests.

Driving time is paid; Saturday availability is required. We seek energetic, detail-oriented applicants with certification or practical experience in phlebotomy or medical assisting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy program completed or equivalent experience.
• Proficient venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and professionalism.
• Prepare patients for laboratory tests and procedures.
• Perform injections.
• Perform drug, dna and rapid testing such as flu, strep, RSV, and COVID.
• Collect and label specimens accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering calls.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

Any Lab Test Now in hiring for a part-time position in Castle Rock/Colorado Springs! In this position you will work between three stores. We have two locations in Colordo Springs, and one in Castle Rock. Travel to and from Castle Rock is paid.
