Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions seeks Medical Assistants to join our team delivering health readiness services to military members in Texas. This role emphasizes weekend work with occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis, performing phlebotomy, immunizations, EKGs and vital signs in mobile clinics to support U.S.

Army Reserve, ARNG, USNR, MARFORRES, USCGR, ANG and USAFR. Qualified candidates will be certified or registered medical assistants with CPR/BLS, familiarity with computer systems,

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required; accredited training preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and with military patients.

Attention all Medical Assistants we are calling on you to partner with us to provide services to our Military Service members.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Texas on an \"as needed basis\".

We Provide Health Readiness Services To Meet The Medical And Dental Requirements To Maintain a Deployable Military Force For The Following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy / Blood draw.
• Immunizations.
• EKG.
• Manual vitals and vision.

Requirements

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
• Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
• Utilize universal precautions for patient care
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
• Must have weekend availability
