Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including updating medical histories using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for patient visits.
• Assist providers during surgery.
• Support patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing compassionate service throughout their visit.
• Manage medical documentation accurately, including progress notes, ICD coding for diagnoses, and maintaining detailed medical records.
• Assist with medical office management tasks like scheduling appointments, managing EMR/EHR systems, and coordinating referrals or follow-up care.

Qualifications
