Job summary

Three Point Solutions is seeking a Medical Assembler II for a 1-year engagement with a Medical Device Manufacturing client in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role is on the 1st shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and involves hands-on assembly across multiple product lines.

You will follow SOPs and GMP/GDP, prepare Device History Records, and support Lean initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance. Prior clean room experience and strong manual dexterity are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of Medical Device or ISO-certified assembly experience required if no High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience working in a clean room environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Experience using microscopes, soldering irons, calipers, or similar manufacturing equipment is a plus.
