Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens coverage to meet a current need at a Florida facility. Shifts run 7a-5p on weekdays with beeper call 5p-7a Monday-Friday and unrestricted call 7a-7a on weekends.

The role includes supervision: one MD supervising 2-3 CRNAs on weekdays; MD ownership of cases after shifts and on weekends. EMR systems include Medaxion, Meditech, Pyxis, GE Aisys.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active medical license to practice anesthesia.
• Experience with locum tenens assignments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesiology services for scheduled shifts during weekdays.
• Beeper call from 5p-7a Monday-Friday with unrestricted call 7a-7a on weekends.
• MD supervises 2-3 CRNAs on weekdays; MD owns cases after shifts and on weekends.

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
