Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies, focused on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems. We are seeking US-based, actively practicing physicians (MD/DO) to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation program, concentrating on general and internal medicine.

Tasks are paid per accepted item, with compensation up to $70/hr. Projects are part-time and non-permanent, with flexible hours and multiple reviews to ensure

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active US medical license.
• Board certification or completed residency with recent direct patient care.
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience (internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine).
• Strong written English (C1+).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes with a question, proposed answer, and distractor across multiple medical domains.
• Score the clinical reasoning quality of benchmark items (vignette accuracy, completeness, and trap quality).
• Check whether the reasoning chain reaches the answer from vignette facts and write short rationales.
• Work within three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.
