Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals, a patient-centric specialty pharma company, seeks a Medical Manager CORE to lead medical strategy and serve as a scientific liaison across internal and external stakeholders in the U.S.

You will collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure evidence-based use of products, oversee medical training, and support RWE activities. Hybrid work and regular travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced terminal degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP) or other advanced medical qualifications (NP, PA, RN).
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in clinical, fellowship, or pharmaceutical industry settings.
• Thorough knowledge of cardiovascular, obesity, renal or endocrine diseases.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% to conferences and external engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Medical Affairs strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Serve as scientific/clinical expert across product lifecycle from pre-launch to post-marketing.
• Maintain relationships with KOLs and external scientific stakeholders.
• Plan advisory boards, investigator meetings, and scientific symposia.
• Support medical materials development and publication planning with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide strategic medical input for conference planning and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access and PV.
• Deliver medical training and ongoing clinical guidance to sales and internal teams.
• Support real-world evidence, IIS, and post‑marketing studies as needed.
