Job summary

Juvly Aesthetics Altoona, WI, is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our physician-led medical aesthetics practice. You will provide advanced skincare services in a tech-forward clinic and educate clients on post-care while contributing to a collaborative care approach.

This part-time role (~24 hours/week) offers base pay of $18–$24/hour with performance incentives, extensive paid training, and a 401(k). Experience with injectables is a plus, and licensing compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Esthetician License is required.
• Experience with non-surgical cosmetic procedures is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand goals and medical history and tailor treatments.
• Perform advanced skincare treatments (facials, peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, lash/brow lift & tint).
• Provide aftercare education to maintain results.
• Assist with injectables and dermal fillers as needed.
• Promote treatments and skincare products to meet sales goals.
• Support clinic growth through outreach and marketing initiatives.

Immediate Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
• Advanced Skincare Treatments: Perform treatments including facials, hydration facials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, lash/brow lift & tint, and other skin rejuvenation treatments
• Aftercare Education: Ensure clients are educated on at-home post-care to maintain results
• Provider Assistant: Assist with procedures like wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers
• Sales Performance: Actively promote aesthetic treatments and retail skincare products; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly treatment and skincare sales goals
• Clinic Growth & Development: Support clinic success through community outreach, marketing initiatives, and special projects when not serving clients; take ownership of growth opportunities

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients
• Client education skills regarding skincare practices and post-treatment care
• Collaboration with team members to ensure integrated client care
• Demonstrated skills in sales, customer service and relationship building
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to prioritize among multiple requests
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards
• Accurate record keeping and documentation

Part-Time (approximately 24-hours/week)
