Job summary

Pinch Med Spa is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Maryland for a 1099 contractor role. You will deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in clients' homes with the freedom to set your schedule and build your practice under Pinch’s trusted brand.

Founding Providers lead local communities, gaining access to events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.

Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients look/feel their best.
• Willingness to build a local client base and community presence.
• Ability to meet a minimum monthly client target (5/month).

Responsibilities

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in clients' homes.
• Set your own schedule and choose clients.
• Build your practice with Pinch's branding and support.
• Represent Pinch in your community and grow referrals.
• Grow client base with marketing tools and events.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) - Concierge Med Spa

You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.

Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Maryland, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.

That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities — the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. Get first access to everything — events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.

Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community.

Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community.
