Neuron Health Systems is seeking a Medical Advisor to provide physician-level oversight across clinical operations. This is a consulting relationship with periodic availability rather than a fixed schedule.

You will serve as the medical authority on clinical questions, participate in ethics matters, and support credential verification and plan-of-care guidance as needed. This role emphasizes advisory input rather than full-time clinical management.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted physician license (MD or DO).
• Experience in home health, private duty, or comparable care setting is a strong plus.
• Comfort operating in an advisory capacity rather than a day-to-day clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Agency's Medical Advisor for clinical oversight and physician-level consultation.
• Participate in Ethics Committee matters when clinical questions require physician input.
• Support verification and review of referring physician credentials and orders as needed.

The Role

We're looking for a Medical Advisor to provide physician-level oversight across our clinical operations. This is a consulting relationship, not a full-time position, built around periodic availability rather than a fixed schedule. As we expand into skilled and licensed clinical services, this role provides the physician-level guidance our accreditation standards require behind that growth.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the Agency's Medical Advisor for clinical oversight and physician-level consultation.
• Participate in Ethics Committee matters when clinical or patient care questions require physician input.
• Support verification and review of referring physician credentials and orders as needed.
• Provide guidance on plan of care questions when clinical staff or the Director of Nursing need physician-level input.
• Be available for periodic consultation, not day-to-day clinical management.

What You Bring

Salary: $100 - $200 hourly, DOE
