Job summary
IBM Consulting in California is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Application Automation to lead automation initiatives for Medicaid and related healthcare programs. - Ability to translate Medicaid requirements into technical specs and roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management across clinical, operational, and IT teams.
- Experience with AI/GenAI and automation in healthcare.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and data governance in Medicaid settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead Medicaid domain leadership and strategy for modernization initiatives.
- Analyze application portfolios to identify automation opportunities.
- Engage stakeholders across DHCS and CA Medicaid to align priorities.
- Evaluate AI/GenAI opportunities against regulatory constraints.
- Provide technical guidance on data requirements and policy implications.
- Contribute to program governance and prioritization decisions.
