Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking an experienced Medicaid Program Director to lead Medicaid programs, initiatives, or client engagements across state and federal contexts in the United States.

You will guide policy implementation, program operations, and performance improvement while coordinating with agencies, health plans, and providers; your leadership will drive measurable outcomes and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

About the Role

The Medicaid Program Director will provide leadership for Medicaid programs, initiatives, or client engagements. Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may focus on program operations, policy implementation, managed care, quality improvement, eligibility and enrollment, or organizational performance.

We welcome professionals with experience in state Medicaid agencies, health plans, healthcare organizations, government contractors, and related organizations. Applicants do not need to have held a director title if they bring comparable leadership experience.
