Key duties include reviewing documents for completeness, obtaining missing items, loading new providers into the database, auditing records, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional work experience, 1 year in healthcare.
• Experience with TriZetto QNXT required.
• Experience with medical terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming contractual documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with contracting staff to obtain missing documents.
• Load contracted providers to the provider record database in a timely manner.
• Audit provider records to ensure correct changes are applied.
• Maintain the master repository of provider contracts.
• Respond to emails and triage messages to the appropriate parties.
• Prepare monthly reports on contract submission compliance.
