Job summary

State of Wisconsin seeks a Medicaid Enterprise System and Enterprise Data Warehouse Coordinator to lead MMIS maintenance and EDW analytics, acting as a key resource for MES vendors and internal teams.

The role supports remote work up to five days per week with occasional office visits; headquartered in Wisconsin offices. Responsibilities include system enhancements, reporting, and user training for Medicaid programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams with defined outcomes.
• Ability to translate policy into user-friendly logic with programmers.
• Strong data analytics capabilities and understanding of business rules.

Responsibilities

• Interact with DHS divisions, other State Agencies, and contractors directing systems and operations support.
• Provide direction to vendors and project team members; advise bureau leadership.
• Oversee work by MES vendors to meet project scope, timeline, and resources.
• Develop detailed business requirement specs, report layouts, outputs, and conduct user trainings.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners on Medicaid programs to meet needs.
