This position is within the NYS Office of the Medicaid Inspector General's Bureau of Casualty Estate Recovery, based in Buffalo. The Medicaid Integrity Specialist reviews cases across the case management database, processes inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, and works collaboratively to identify program and policy recommendations. The role involves sampling and analyzing casualty estate recovery cases to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and workflow compliance.

Key qualifications:

• Two years of Medicaid Compliance Program data experience OR Associate's degree with one year of experience OR Bachelor's degree
