Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited law school and admitted to the Virginia State Bar.
• Minimum of three years’ experience prosecuting cases in state and/or federal court.
• Excellent analytical, writing abilities, and oral communication skills as evidenced by a writing sample and references.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute criminal violations involving fraud in the Virginia Medicaid Program in federal and state courts.
• Coordinate investigations with the investigative staff and prosecutors; organize and maintain case files in compliance with MFCU grant requirements.
