A-Line Staffing is seeking a Medicaid Enrollment Specialist (LTSS) in Harrisburg, PA to monitor enrollment activities, resolve eligibility issues, review reports, and ensure compliance with Medicaid policies and regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in Medicaid HCBS or long-term care, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), and strong communication and organizational skills. Telework is eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience with Medicaid home- and community-based services and/or long-term care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enrollment reports and contractor performance.
• Identify and resolve eligibility and enrollment issues.
• Work with contractors, agencies, and managed care organizations to resolve problems.
• Provide guidance on Medicaid eligibility and enrollment policies.
• Review participant records using state databases and systems.
• Prepare weekly reports and track enrollment activities.
• Participate in appeals, hearings, meetings, workgroups, and special projects.
• Assist with improving policies, procedures, and enrollment processes.

Job Summary

The Medicaid Enrollment Specialist will support Medicaid long-term care and home- and community-based programs by monitoring enrollment activities, resolving eligibility issues, reviewing reports, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
