Job summary

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients for existing insurance coverage and assist with programs.
• Re-verify benefits and obtain necessary authorizations and referrals.
• Collect and file applications and maintain timely follow-up with agencies.
• Enter eligibility information into the hospital system with accurate documentation.
• Maintain progress notes and support ongoing trainings.
