Job summary

Best Version Media in North America is seeking a driven, community-minded Media Sales Representative to build a local book of business. This is a field-based, in-person role selling advertising across print magazines and digital products.

You’ll meet with local business owners, craft multi-channel campaigns, and grow your own client roster with support from our training and commissions. This 1099 contractor role offers high earnings potential and flexible scheduling built around community

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based, in-person sales role. You’ll build your own book of business in your local territory, on a schedule you control, selling advertising placements across BVM’s local print magazine and companion digital, social, and website products.

• Scale: Leverage our proven training and time-tested sales system to grow your own book of business, building community engagement that pays you and your community for years to come.

What You’ll Earn

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary or draw (full commission). Representatives earn a recurring commission on sales, with commission rates generally ranging from 70-80% based on monthly sales volume and performance relative to the baseline* cost structure. Bonuses are available during start-up and on an ongoing basis.

*Baseline is the back-end cost associated with the magazine & digital product’s cost to produce, distribute, bill clients, etc, and does not come out of the representative’s pocket.
