Job summary

Best Version Media is seeking driven sales professionals to build a local book of business in your territory, meeting local business owners in person to sell advertising across magazines and digital products.

You control your schedule as a 1099 independent contractor with no base salary, earning a recurring commission (70–80%) based on monthly sales and performance, with bonuses available during startup and ongoing incentives.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based, in-person sales role. You’ll build your own book of business in your local territory, on a schedule you control, selling advertising placements across BVM’s local print magazine and companion digital, social, and website products.

What You’ll Earn

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary or draw (full commission). Representatives earn a recurring commission on sales, with commission rates generally ranging from 70-80% based on monthly sales volume and performance relative to the baseline* cost structure. Bonuses are available during start-up and on an ongoing basis.

• Baseline is the back-end cost associated with the magazine & digital product’s cost to produce, distribute, bill clients, etc, and does not come out of the representative’s pocket.
