Gray Media is offering a paid, part-time Sales Training Program internship at WITN in Greenville, NC. You will learn to prospect, cold-call, build pitches and support multi-platform advertising strategies alongside senior sales leaders.

Open to college students in their senior year pursuing Journalism/Communications, Sales, or related fields, with strong work ethic and organizational skills. Flexible hours designed for students, with potential for future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled in a college/university, preferably in your senior year.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• College student, seniors preferred, pursuing Journalism/Communications, Sales, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields, with hands-on media interest.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to prospect and identify new business opportunities.
• Practice real cold calls with coaching.
• Build client presentations and proposals.
• Support digital and broadcast sales strategies.
• Work alongside experienced Media Executives and Sales Leaders.
• Participate in weekly training designed to accelerate your growth.
