• Work through scenarios involving publishing rights, broadcast regulation, FCC communications matters, and pre-publication review.
• Explain the reasoning behind each legal conclusion and distinguish settled law from fact-dependent or contested issues.
• Identify unsettled law, jurisdictional disputes, and missing or important facts.
• Review and validate other contributors' work for legal accuracy, clarity, and sound reasoning.
• Document your analysis so the reasoning is useful to AI training, not just the final answer.
• Flag ambiguous or poorly framed scenarios and deliver assigned work at the required quality level.

• A corporate law foundation is preferred, especially experience developed at a Vault 100 firm.
