Job summary

OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Strategy is seeking a Media Supervisor to lead cross-channel campaigns and guide a team. You will connect strategy to execution, balancing big-picture oversight with precise detail to deliver on client objectives.

You will shape media plans for national TV and digital, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with creative, activation, and analytics teams to drive integrated campaigns. Hybrid role in Burbank, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 4+ years of media planning experience; 1+ years in integrated planning.
• 2+ years mentoring junior team members.
• Strong experience planning for national TV and digital; spot TV, Radio, OOH, Print a plus.
• TV or digital Upfront planning experience is a plus.
• Experience with proprietary analytics and syndicated research tools.
• Strong communicator (written, verbal, client-facing).
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments.
• Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking.
• Confident in client and team conversations—clear and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Shape media strategy and objectives with leadership.
• Oversee development, delivery, and optimization of integrated media plans.
• Lead and mentor a team; balance workload.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships; stay proactive and solutions-focused.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance to keep campaigns on track.
