Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Digital Media, Film, Communications, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in media operations, post-production, or broadcast/streaming environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with media asset management and digital file organization.
• Working knowledge of non-linear editing systems such as Avid or Premiere.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, organize, retrieve, and distribute media assets for post-production and distribution.
• Edit and format media assets to meet technical specs and quality standards.
• Create air-ready master files for streaming platforms.
• Organize media files, metadata, and assets in media asset management systems.
• Review assets for compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Assist with correcting assets and prep revised files for distribution.
• Support scheduling by identifying and submitting missing assets.
• Submit video, captioning, and subtitle assets across on-demand and OTT platforms.
• Archive originals and edited assets for future use.
• Maintain inventory of physical and digital media assets.
• Collaborate with production, programming, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
