Job summary

Epsilon, a Publicis Groupe company, is seeking a Media Delivery professional to oversee targeting and media strategy for advertiser accounts and ensure campaigns run on time with strong performance. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Product, and Data Modeling teams to optimize delivery and client results.

Role requires DSP experience, analytical mindset, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of online work and DSP experience, preferably from an ad network or agency.
• Preferred higher education in media, marketing or IT, or demonstrated relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of internet and its marketing benefits.
• Strong analytical, sales and written skills.
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• Effective client management with strong customer focus.
• Ability to show problem solving skills.
• Advanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
• Excellent planning and organization discipline.
• Results/goal oriented.

Overview

The Media Delivery team is responsible for operating our innovative technology platform, making real-time media investment decisions to drive client campaign performance and returns on ad spend. The team manages multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring that the right message is delivered to the right consumer at the right time. Additionally, this team helps to keep our platform performing at its best by providing requests and feedback to our Product, Engineering, and Media Inventory Acquisition teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the targeting and media strategy of assigned advertiser accounts
• Collaborate with AMs to engineer ideal performance solution for each client
• Deliver all campaigns in full and on time, meeting or exceeding client performance benchmarks
• Communicate delivery updates to Account Management team weekly
• Collaborate with Product and Data Modeling teams to develop solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency and improve client performance
• Contribute to pre-sales planning on campaign structure, build-out and execution which will influence delivery success metrics.

Qualifications

Compensation Range: USD $55,400.00 - USD $102,800.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
