Elocarry Limited is seeking a creative Marketing Creator to produce short-form video, trailers, motion graphics, thumbnails and banners. You will own the visual output end to end for TikTok, Shorts and Reels, with a monthly retainer up to $2,000 USD based on output and quality.

The role supports global markets (USA/UK/EU/Gulf) and offers remote collaboration with full access to Elocarry’s library and Pro range while you work with us.

Qualifications

• Understanding of gaming market and audience.
• Strong grasp of short-form video, hooks, pacing and trends.
• Ability to demonstrate a product on screen with features/UI.
• Agency-level craft across editing and design.
• Ability to generate own clips with initiative.
• Fast, reliable and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Based in USA, UK, EU or Gulf States.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own clips from gameplay and product footage.
• Pull freely from our video library of gameplay clips.
• Cut short-form for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels; hook in the first second.
• Build product trailers and feature showcases from raw gameplay and UI capture.
• Design thumbnails, banners and store art that look good at phone size.
• Add motion graphics and VFX where it adds value, not for show.
• Maintain one consistent brand style across all surfaces, from Short to storefront banner.
• Monitor performance, read numbers, and propose the next idea.

Up to $2,000 USD per month + free full access

We are looking for one creator to carry our visual output end to end: short-form video, trailers, motion graphics, thumbnails, banners and the brand look that ties them together. This pays up to $2,000 USD per month for the right person, monthly or per project, and it moves with what you actually produce. On top of the cash you get free full access to Elocarry, Pro range included, for as long as you work with us. The part we cannot teach is the market. You need to already understand who plays these games, why they buy, how a product like ours gets demonstrated, and what a scroll-stopping first second looks like on TikTok, Shorts and Reels. Bring that and the rest is craft.

Up to $2,000 USD a month

Monthly retainer or per project, whichever suits you. The rate is set by output and quality, not hours logged.

What you will do

• Generate your own clips. You capture the gameplay and product footage you need rather than waiting on someone to send it over.
• Pull freely from our video library on top of that — product captures and clips the community has shared with us.
• Cut short-form for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels — hook in the first second, no dead frames after it.
• Build product trailers and feature showcases from raw gameplay and UI capture.
• Design thumbnails, banners and store art that still land at phone size.
• Add motion graphics and VFX where they lift the piece, not just because the plugin exists.
• Hold one consistent brand style across every surface, from a 20-second Short to a storefront banner.
• Watch what performs, read the numbers, and bring the next idea before anyone asks for it.

What we are looking for

• You understand this market. Gaming, and specifically the cheat and game-enhancement space: who buys, what they care about, and the tone that lands with them. This is the requirement we weigh hardest.
• A real grasp of short-form — hooks, pacing, retention, captions, trends, and what each platform actually rewards.
• You know how to demonstrate a product on screen: features, UI and gameplay, in a way that sells rather than explains.
• Agency-level craft across editing and design. Your work should not look like a template with the colours swapped.
• You generate your own clips. A rig that can record clean gameplay, and the initiative to go and get the shot instead of waiting for it.
• Fast, reliable and consistent. Briefs arrive in bursts and the deadlines are real.
• Based in the USA, UK, EU or Gulf States.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics, VFX or 3D beyond the basics — After Effects, Blender.
• You have grown a channel or page of your own and can show the numbers.
• Editing experience in the gaming, FPS or software niche specifically.
• A portfolio with genuine range: a Short, a trailer and a thumbnail set, not five cuts of the same edit.
