Job summary

Brevard Public Schools ACCESS Project c/o EGHS in Melbourne, Florida seeks a Media Assistant to support the media specialist in serving students and teachers. Responsibilities include assisting with media needs, equipment checkout, and preparing library resources.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, computer training, ability to type 35 wpm, and either 60 semester hours with core education courses or an AA degree. A valid Florida driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Training in use of computers.

• Support media operations and classroom media resources as directed by the media specialist.
• Assist in the preparation and checkout of media materials and equipment to students and staff.
