Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Medi-Cal Conlan Supervisor to lead a team responsible for handling customer inquiries and transactions within Medi-Cal and Conlan operations in California.

You will provide day-to-day leadership, monitor performance, resolve complex issues, and partner with clients and internal leadership to improve the customer and member experience. This hybrid role is primarily remote with occasional in-office requirements in West Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; degree in business management, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Six+ years in customer service, healthcare operations, call center, or related experience.
• Two+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure transactions are completed accurately and timely per policies, SLAs, and requirements.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop employees including performance and attendance management.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations with timely guidance to staff and customers.
• Monitor performance and implement action plans to improve quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to strengthen service delivery.
• Collaborate with Medi-Cal leadership to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
