Job summary

Guardian Flight is hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to provide medical air transportation using a King Air C90 aircraft in Alamosa, CO. The role supports day and night trips with a 14 days on/21 days off schedule, emphasizing safety and professional teamwork.

Candidates should have C-AMEL, IFR time, and sufficient total flight hours, with preference for medevac or cargo experience. Relocation and sign-on incentives are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) required.
• Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
• Ideal candidate has single pilot IFR experience.
• Ability to provide logbooks listing all flight dates and hours with cumulative total.
• Previous medevac and/or cargo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and assets with a team of medical professionals.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate flight and company documentation for shifts and manifests.
• Communicate effectively with air/ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot and record updates.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
• Commit to safety, reliability, and professional standards.
