Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating is required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).
• 230 lb Weight Limit (including flight gear).
• Must maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals and FAR/Air Evac Lifeteam requirements.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to successor pilot and team per change board procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
