Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate and instrument rating.
• FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate required.
• Minimum flight experience as specified in ad (hours breakdown).

Responsibilities

• Transport customers with medical team, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and cleanliness per FAR/REACH manuals.
• Keep REACH and regulatory documentation up to date.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change details following REACH change-board procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
