EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a skilled Data Modeller to design, implement, and maintain structured data models across medallion layers. You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent modelling that drives organizational value.

You will work on Silver and Gold layers, define mappings, standards, and governance, and help translate requirements into scalable data structures. Strong SQL and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Modeller or Data Architect in a modern data platform.
• Strong understanding of medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Hands-on experience with source-to-target mapping and data lineage docs.
• Proficiency in dimensional modelling and related design approaches.
• Experience with data modelling tools and cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain data models for Silver and Gold layers.
• Create and manage source-to-target mapping documents defining data lineage.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate business requirements into data models.
• Define data standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the platform.
• Reflect reporting and analytics needs in Gold-layer structures.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues during modelling and mapping.
• Document models, transformation rules, and mapping specs for traceability.
• Support metadata management and data cataloguing initiatives.
• Review transformation logic between Bronze→Silver and Silver→Gold.
