Legend Senior Living is seeking a Med Technician to join our nursing team in Saint Charles, MO. You will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with activities of daily living, helping to maintain comfort and independence.

The ideal candidate holds state certification to pass medications and is committed to compassionate, high-quality care. This role may include evenings and weekends and offers benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold state certification to pass medications.
• Experience coordinating medication administration and assisting with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Provide daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns clearly to the Health Care Director.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Med Technician. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities-Med Technician

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
