Job summary

Legend Senior Living is hiring a Med Technician to join the nursing team and support residents with medication administration and activities of daily living.

The role emphasizes coordinated medication delivery, daily resident care, and effective communication with health care leadership. Evening and weekend availability may be required to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• State certification to pass medications is required.
• Experience as a Med Tech or Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
