Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Med Technician to join our nursing team in Montgomery County, PA. You will coordinate medication administration for residents and assist with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, meals, and hygiene.

You will monitor residents’ comfort and communicate needs to the Health Care Director, document tasks in resident records, and contribute to a supportive, high-quality care environment with opportunities for growth and recognized performance.

Qualifications

• State certification to pass medications.
• Drug free workplace; drug screening may be conducted.
• Evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
