Job summary

Legend Senior Living in Huntingdon Valley, PA, is seeking a Med Technician for 3pm-11pm shifts. You will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with daily living activities, contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered care environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with health-care staff, and a commitment to holistic resident well-being. State certification to pass medications is required; evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Medications for all assigned residents.
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement.
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
