Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Active North Carolina MT Certification required.
• Active CPR Certification required.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor in Charge.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff and coordinate daily care routines.
• Administer medications per policies and procedures.
• Support Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) with personal care tasks.
• Maintain updated staff work schedules and respond to call-outs/changes.
• Ensure training is up to date and enforce safety precautions.
