Job summary

The Retreat Maple Ridge, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide to join our team in Maple Ridge. This full-time role focuses on monitoring residents' health, delivering medication care, and supporting wellness initiatives under the direction of the Wellness Nurse.

The ideal candidate is a certified Medication Aide with state-appropriate credentials, with leadership ability and a willingness to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours to meet peak

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Medication Aide or meet state requirements for medication aide.
• Minimum one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Dementia care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health and wellness and support wellness programs.
• Administer medications and coordinate with Wellness Nurse and care teams.
• Document care activities and communicate changes to leadership.
• Assist with monthly wellness visits and PSP updates.
