White Oak Village Memory Care in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Med Tech (Medication Technician) for PRN day, swing, and overnight shifts. You will accurately administer medications, maintain records, and monitor residents for adverse reactions, supporting a resident-focused care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Compassionate and able to build relationships with residents.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately administer medications to residents as prescribed.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of medication distribution and resident health.
• Monitor residents for any adverse reactions and report any concerns to healthcare providers.
• Assist residents with daily activities as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare staff to ensure holistic care for our residents.
