Job summary

Atria Signature - West 86 in New York is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to support resident care through medication administration and coordinated health services. You will maintain medication programs, documentations, and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and staff to enhance residents' well-being.

The role requires a Certified Medication Aide or state-equivalent license, First Aid/CPR where required, and a compassionate, compliant approach.

Qualifications

• Must have state-minimum requirement in experience, certification, and/or license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Commitment to resident safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
