Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to join our team at Spring Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care. You will administer and dispense medications, provide personal care, and support residents to maintain dignity and independence under nurse supervision.

Six months of med pass experience in a retirement setting is preferred; CMA certification is optional as training is provided. We value caring, organized individuals who can multitask and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience passing meds in a retirement community setting is preferred.
• CMA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Candidate must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English.
• The ideal candidate will be caring, organized, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record administration of medications as prescribed by a resident's physician in accordance with company policy and guidelines under supervision of a nurse.
• Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs.
• Manage supply of medications and provide accounting for all medications ordered, received, stored, and administered.
• Care for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents; assist with activities of daily living.
