Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, personal hygiene).
• Communicate with health care staff and relay resident information; maintain records as required.
• Assist with administration of medications according to protocol and state regulations.
• Maintain records (MARs/TARs) for medicines ordered, received, and administered.
