Job summary

Mount Joseph at Waterville is seeking a compassionate CNA-M (Med Tech) to join our care team on a full-time 12-hour shift (5:45a to 6:15p) on the floor with med cart assignments. You will administer medications on your unit per procedures and support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, reporting changes to the Charge Nurse and recording MAR entries.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold CNA-M certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents.

Responsibilities

• Record all entries on Medication Administration Record (MAR).
• Identify residents before administering medications using the photo card.
• Report all accidents and incidents observed on the shift.
• Use only authorized abbreviations established by the facility.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse.
