Job summary

Inspired Living in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Med Tech (full-time and part-time) to support residents with ADL services and medication administration under the Health and Wellness Director. You will coordinate with medical professionals, document tasks daily, and help maintain compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1 year caregiving experience, and current HHA or CNA certification. Join a team that values growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• At least 1 year caregiving experience.
• HHA certification or CNA license required.
• Six+ months supervisory experience in health-related field.
• Able to read physician orders and match to MAR.

Responsibilities

• Follow the resident service plans and pass medications as ordered.
• Document task completion on a daily basis.
• Report changes in resident condition per regulations.
• Communicate resident needs to other Med Techs for consistent care.
• Assist in meal service and dining room duties.
• Maintain certifications and comply with licensing requirements.
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
