What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a current CNA or HCA certification — REQUIRED
• Have a high school diploma/GED or previous relevant work experience
• Have a genuine desire to work with seniors while supporting their privacy, dignity, choices, independence, and individuality
• Have previous Med Tech and caregiving experience is a MUST
• Be able to recognize concerns and respond to problems promptly and appropriately
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, state officials, team members, and outside healthcare partners
• Be flexible and willing to work the hours needed to support our residents
• Demonstrate good character, dependability, and personal integrity
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating smiles for our residents
