Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Collwood is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents with medications and daily living activities in a supportive team.

You will maintain medication programs, assist with doctor visits, and ensure accurate documentation; state requirements CMA/First Aid/CPR may apply. Benefits include paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum requirements for experience, certification, and/or license.
• Certification as Medication Aide (CMA) or equivalent; First Aid/CPR may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering, reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have CMA, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $18.00/hr - $21.60/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
