Job summary

Sapphire Health Services, LLC seeks a part-time Med Tech for our Memory Care community in Eugene, OR. This on-call role requires caregiving experience and offers weekend shifts, with training provided.

You will administer medications, follow care plans, and share information with staff and families while upholding confidentiality in a supportive memory-care environment. This position emphasizes teamwork with licensed staff and ongoing education to maintain quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required.
• Med Tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services.
• Administer medications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
• Seek licensed staff assistance as needed.
• Follow the plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

Working out of our Community Based Care facility, the Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to our residents in our Memory Care Community accordance withthe established policies and procedures as directed by the supervisor. Sapphirewill providethe training and resources to keep our employees engaged and maintain topquality care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
